Here in Montreal, one of the larger hotels has braile in the elevators above
the button to choose the floors. The elevators only 'bing' when they stop at
a floor, not when they go past a floor. So everytime the elevator stops, the
person 'needing' braile has to reach out of the open elevator door, feel for
the braile floor number on the exterior door frame, to know whether he (she)
has reached their floor yet. Great fun with 25 passengers in a 40 floor
hotel.
