where I was told it was laid, and then had me retrace his steps holding the rod
so I could experience it “finding” the waterline.
I watched a water dept guy do almost the exact same thing in Folly Beach SC
one morning to spot the branch-off for a new water main they were installing
and a power dept guy use 2 L-shaped peices of ground wire to do the same at the
property where I built my hull.
