      I just watched the tragedy of what has happened to St. Bernard Parish in LA because the Corps had not maintained the dredging of a waterway designed to drain off water from around the parish. This is just another example of the Corps not doing their job and blaming it on the congress. Those of you that have navigated the intercoastal know how true this is. I hope you agree and are willing to send a email to each of your Senators and Representatives demanding that they fund the Corps and target the money to maintaining the waterways for which the Corps is responsible. Now an inconvenience has turned in to death and destruction because of their neglect.
