We are planning to enter the USA at Oswego. Everyone on the boat is a
Canadian Citizen and we do not have the I-68. Did anyone do this recently?
Is there a Customs Boarder Protection (CBP) office at the point of entry?
What was your experience? Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
