Hello Everyone,
I may be buying a boat in the Caribbean (Trinidad) that is registered in the
State of Delaware.
I am Canadian and will be eventually registering the boat in Canada.
My main question is: How do I determine that I am getting clear title to
the boat, does the broker do that, or am I responsible in doing that?
Can I research that online somewhere?
