I agree with Rosalie. I know literally hundreds of people who have changed
over to either the original Mozilla or the later Firefox without a single
glitch. I frequent several online discussion groups (no, not that kind...)
where literally thousands of users go every day and no one has reported
similar problems. Some of these DGs were plagued by pop-ups, pop-unders,
SPAM, tracking software downloads, site hijackers, etc., etc. several years
ago and probably half of their IE users converted to Mozilla without
problems.
I'm not saying that you aren't having problems, but that it sounds REALLY
unusual.
What do you mean by "go online"? What site are you connecting to?
