Eric - again I highly recommend the Thunderbird forum on the mozilla
site - you can find out how to do signatures and everything else. You
don't even have to ask the question; just peruse the topics and you'll
find someone else already posed it and got an answer. (Though if you do
pose your own question, you will get a fast, clear response.)
Signatures are quite possible, though I've deleted mine here since it's
in html.
I use Tbird exclusively and am extremely happy with it.
