I have a Radio Shack one that charges 4 AAAs, 4 AAs or one 9 volt dry cell
substitutes. It has an input rating of 13 Watts.
However I would be cautious about running it off an inverter - they often
use phase controls on charging which won't work reliably on inverter
outputs.
You would do better searcing for one that runs off 12 volts DC if they make
them.
