lv-ab: Remote Winch Control?

     Hello All,
I am seeking a radio control that will allow me
to have two buttons, one will RAISE my dinghy
(reel in the electric winch), one will LOWER my
dinghy (let out cable from the winch).
I will be using a standard truck bumper type 12
volt winch and fully expect to supply my own power
    relays.
But the receiver needs to be able to drive a 12
volt relay ONLY while the button is held down.
In other words, I want to raise the dinghy while
the UP button is depressed, and lower it while the
DOWN button is depressed. As long as no button is
depressed I need all relays to be open so the
winch applies it's brake (standard on certain
    winches).
I know somebody on the list knows where I might
find such a radio control gizmo, right?
    Any help will be appreciated,
