I just put the CD into a microwave oven and set for about 4 seconds on high

Then I watch the fireworks through the window!
It's WAY kewl to watch and the CD is totally wrecked!
For those who are interested, there was an on-going discussion about this
subject in the magazine 2600 (AKA: The Hacker Quarterly). I didn't follow it
closely but there were many suggestions.
I understand very little about what is written in this little mag, but it is
fun to touch the cutting edge of something. Yet sometimes, to my amazement, I
actually do understand what they are writing about.
For example, there was the article about the fellow who would check for
waiters pumping up their tip on his credit card charges by adjusting the tip so the
total would come out to a certain amount, like a check sum. During the year
that he did that he found NO cheating even though he lived in a city and dined
out often.
