I use GPSNavX on a macintosh. But the maps are the same for a PC.
If you want electronic charts in Maptech or Softchart format (bsb/kap
and geo/nos), check out Rob Jordan at:
and see what he can do for you. I bought complete areas on CD from him
for $10 per area. I have included his list at the end of my email. It
is a bit long but I thought it would be of interest to the group.

Here is my current list Sam.
They are all Maptech except 6f, 7a and 11g which are Softchart. All the
major navigation software out there reads them. I include a list below.
The price depends on how many you need. Figure on $10 per cd for 10 or more.
I would quote you on smaller quantities. If you were keen on a set
of 50 cds, $350 would cover it and I would throw in all the Nav software
that I find useful aboard, which I list below too.
If you wanted the whole set of 100 cds, $600 would do it. (and I will
include Nobeltec Visual Navigation Suite ver 6.5 with all the vector
charts and 3d Bathys for the entire US coastline as a bonus)
