That was the old requirement. We changed our boat name to script, but
before we did that, I researched it very carefully, and that
requirement is no longer listed.

Maybe the young guys don't know what a Cuban flag is <g>
I see boats where I know the letters are only 3" and boats with the
names obscured with a dinghy - no one ever seems to complain.
