McMaster can sometimes get items not shown. I'd give them a call.

Subject: lv-ab: Self Sealing Machine Screws

    Hey Guys:
I'm wanting to replace some of the "self sealing machine screws" used on
tank access panels and sending units. These are pan head screws with a
recessed groove under the head and a gromet that seals when tightened.
McMaster Carr has them in 18-8 Stainless, but I'd prefer to use 316 for the
obvious reasons . . . does anyone know a source??
    Thanks for the help,
