obviously sad for the family but some of these PWC (and small boats) are
out of control, zipping thru anchorages.
pictures of the body shoudl be posted on the bulettin boards of every marina
and ramp.... maybe they will finally get it. obviously mandatory courses
don't work as this guy was "certified".
luckily, down here Biscayne national park is closed to PWC but i often
anchor off Key biscayne and it's non stop buzzing by these mosquitoes and
center consoles who feel it's ok to run 25kts within 50' of an anchored
vessel.
