    Anyone ever told you guys (girls) how beautiful you are when you are angry?

    He had a point, taking treated effluent that is cleaner than most treatment
    plant discharge, pumping it out, mixing it with the raw stuff, treating it
    and sending it out a little heavier than when it came in does not make any
    sense. However, other boaters do not know if his effluent is treated, so if
    they see him dumping, they would probably think it was ok to do the same.

    Sometimes it is lonely being the only person who is right. Happens to me all
    the time.

    BTW, I wouldnt put treatment plant discharge in my bathtub (cockpit) either.
