All fiberglass is not the same.
What Norm states above applies to polyester and plywood; however,
knitted glass and epoxy is a different matter.
Epoxy is an adhesive and a plywood/epoxy/glass interface works quite well.
If I were to build a propane locker, would probably use 4 ply, 2
thicknesses of 1/2" CDX plywood as a core material with 3 layers of
DB170 (17 oz double bias +/-45) and epoxy on both sides of the plywood.
Add a top cover and a bottom drain and you are good to go.
