Having just finished "foaming" the holding tank in place, let me suggest
some things that may be of help:
1) Mix and apply small amounts.
2) Allow plenty of time for expansion. Foam will keep expanding for up
to 24 hours.
3) Make sure piece being foamed in place is held rigid when applying foam.
4) make sure there is an "escape" path for excess foam if you pour too
much at one time.
5) TAKE YOUR TIME, DON"T TRY TO RUSH.
IMHO, it is a total PITA kind of job, but very doable.
