    I am considering gooing with spray-on closed cell foam for
    my boat. I have found a source for a 'kit' that includes the
    2 parts of chemicals in pressurized containers and the hose,
    mixer, and spray nozzles. The web site claims 'limited
    traing' required. A user I talked to said buy the smallest
    'kit' and plan on using at least half of it to learn the
    application. Then use the rest on the invisible parts of the
    hull interior before buying the larger sizes to finnish the
    job.
     I plan on gluing a layer of foam sheet (like those sleeping
    pads for campers) over the exposed areas of the interior
    (like the headliner) and painting that with white vinyl
    paint to promote washability.
     A 1" thick layer is supposed to provide something like R8
    or so insulation.
