Hi All,
On the subject of galley sinks here is my two cents worth.
Having lived with my boats single sink for 8 years, I can
truly say I HATE IT!
It is too small to fit my fry pan, it leaved no room for
rinsing so I have to use a dishpan on the counter where I
should be able to stack the dishes waiting to be washed etc
etc etc.
I have decided to keep it, as the rinsing sink, move it to
the right and replace it with a 15" by 15" by 9" SS bar
sink. This will require cutting into the "icebox" which is
currently used only for large tool storage. I think it will
still be useful for that purpose with 4" missing from it's
end.
I prefer the single handle faucet regardless of Adriannes
comments. Very handy when one hand is otherwise occupied.
Make SURE your main sink will accommodate your largest pan
sitting flat on the bottom! Life is too short...
