    Are you guys sure about this issue ? My guess is that under NAFTA rules
    this would amount to protectionist measures and be challenged and
    overturned.

    I'd check to make this is *actual* legislation being considered and not
    so silly *email tax* type scam thing running around the airwaves that
    happens from time to time.

    Of course, considering the US routinely ignores WTO rulings about
    softwood lumber... =}
