If that's good enough for you, I sincerely hope that
your boat's insurance underwriter isn't reading this
list...in many places up here, less than a boathook's
length off your side, you'll find six inches of water
over granite...iow, you cannot afford to be right
'most of the time'. If you aren't right, you're wrong
- and quite possibly sunk for being complacent.
