I use Nobeltec Navigation 7.0, and it does not as of right now.
I am not that impressed with Nobeltec, it is very expensive and you do not
get that much for it. And the chart prices are outrageous. (so are more
other ones also I think)
I have been wondering when/if Nobeltec will support for ENC charts, since
in the US they are free downloads......
