Steve,
I use ZoneAlarmPro 5 on XP, but have not installed SP2.
Had a couple of problems after installation, and I got them straightened
out by going to the ZoneLabs User Forum on their website. Others people
had had the exact same thing happen and the fix was on the website.
Other unusual problems can be entered and the local gurus are glad to
help.
