In Outlook on my system, if you click on "Tools" then
"Options" then "Mail Format", you get a window that
says at the top "Message format" and a pull down list
entitled "Send in this message format:" that lets you
check "HTML", or "Microsoft Outlook Rich Text", or
"Plain text". Just click on "Plain text" and that's
what you will send from then on.
