she's not on the hard... she's afloat. but still laid up for a few
months. hoping for some dry warm weather yet to come, to get some
deck work done (mast boots need replacing, masts need to be re-oiled).
I am a non resident and I do intend to export the boat, when the sailing
season permits. obviously if there is a legal way to avoid paying several
thousand dollars in taxes, I'd like to find it. that's the price of a lot
of upgrades and supplies.
