    Measured this morning with handheld TDS (Total Dissoslved Solids) meter.

    Tank water, combination of shore water and RO water = 102

    12VDC Spectra watermaker, after running 15 minutes=172

    Supermarket distilled water=zero

    I can't believe Andina acutally used "filtered raw seawater many times" to
    top off his batteries.

    Wouldn't the saltwater cause the batteries to self-discharge quickly and
    completely ruin them?
