    As I've already explained to you privately, our Jackline policy is far
    LESS draconian than any other form on the market. It recognizes the
    necessity for occasional single handing, and provides a built in cure in
    most cases.

    Since every real yacht policy has contains a seaworthiness warranty
    (seaworthy meaning properly manned as well as properly equipped and
    maintained) any of them might be automatically voided if there's no one
    on watch. Since there is no defense for that, no company (in their right
    mind) will knowingly issue a policy to cover single handers like us.
