Think my actual comment was, "Your Universal is approaching end of life."
That's not to say the engine may not last a long time; however, consider
the following:
1) Getting replacement spares will get more problematic with time.
2) Exposing a raw water cooled engine to salt water cooling is not in the
best interest of an old engine.
3) The economics of continuing to pay higher insurance rates for a
gasoline power plant start looking bigger and bigger.
