I keep reading where folks think their windows are Lexan...most likely they
are not. Lexan is very tough, I have had the spinnaker pole hit the fwd
hatch on my boat that I know is lexan because I replaced, it from 15 ft up,
no damage at all. It doesn't crack to any degree. I use UV stable which I
think any mfg for this would, no crazing after 17 years in the sun...bit
cloudy is all. Most cracked and crazed plastic windows I've seen is acrylic,
and I think a lot was from using improper cleaning agents...like
alcohol.Even today it is used more, it is cheaper and doesn't scratch as
    much.-Ken
