I use a power snorkel from Brownie's Third Lung for changing my zinc and
scraping barnacles. It's a 12 volt air pump with a corrugated medical hose and
mouthpiece regulator. We paid about $600 for the rig.

I've also used an airpump from a CPAP machine, which has a similar medical
corrugated hose and a nose mask. It's more refined, with pressure regulated
from the pump machinery, but it's 110 volts. CPAP machines are used for positive
pressure to prevent sleep apnia. They can be purchased on Ebay for
    reasonable amounts, like $250.

I'm not sure about getting a 50 to 100 ft hose. The power snorkel comes with
25' and the CPAP machine has about 15'. That should be enough for most
    applications.
