    Tim,

    If I remember correctly the only part of BOAT/US which was sold to West
    Marine was their retail operations, the stores, catalogue, etc. I believe
    that BOAT/US retained their insurance programs just a West Marine retained
    theirs.

    The think the net result is that BOAT/US is now just their legislative
    lobbying operation and their vessel insurance program. And they also
    maintain their financial grant programs, as before.
