I don't know if the leaks you have are because the
aluminum has gotten thin and corroded, or because a
seam has opened up, but if it is the latter, I once
had good luck with an aluminum gas tank on an old Land
Rover that sprung a leak at a seam when some guy ran
into my side.
The tank was dripping gas, but when I scraped off the
black paint in the area of the leak so I could see
where it was coming from, the screwdriver mushed some
of the aluminum into the leak, and it stopped
completely and never came back.
In any case, sounds like something that epoxy ought to
take care of.
