Banana daiquiri – During the 1970’s frozen banana and frozen strawberry daiquiris were my favorite drinks. I started with 1 – 1 1/12 cans of frozen limeade (frozen lemonade also works). Add 1 – 2 bananas, fill the blender with ice and add rum to taste. Blend until a consistent slush. I usually tasted with a spoon at this point and adjusted the mixture to suit my taste. Makes a great summer drink.

There are several other recipes that you can find on the internet. Most of these use banana liquor. I haven’t tried any of these but most sound pretty good.

Congratulations on your PAID-IN-FULL credit card status. I sure that feels really good. Hope you enjoy you sundowner no matter what recipe you chose.

    B.K.
