    The sizes (of the tools) refer to the diameter of the cable. I'd find a
    rigging shop close by and take them the end of the cable you cut off and
    ask them for a fitting. Otherwise call the rigging department at Sailnet,
    tell them your wire size and ask them what size swage they suggest. I've
    found them to be quite helpful with rigging questions in the past.
