Norm: Last year on the way up north we were boarded by the "Coasties" in
Yaupon When it came to the holding tank they asked "Where do you pump out?" I said
that I pump out when I am more than 3 miles off shore and they said "That's
fine no problem". They were a couple of nice guys. They boarded us and we were
able to keep moving. They gave us a certificate and told us "If you are
approached again by the CG just show them this.
