I've got a dead one on a Dell. The replacement keyboard is around $100
from Dell. I've seen them on Ebay, but I'm not sure I'd buy one. In the
case of, at least, Latitudes and Insperion the parts are user
installable. In the case of Dell, you can log on to their web site with
your service code and get detailed instructions on how to replace it. I
    don't know about other brands.
Before you buy a new one, remove the keyboard and clean the
connector. I've been told that frequently will clear up problems with rows
    or columns not working.

    Hope that helps.

    Jim.
