Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but when you used that Oxyclean, you
probably removed all the factory waterproofing. Sunbrella recommends you
only use mild soap, not even detergent, much less a harsh cleaning agent
like that.
They recommend a Teflon based waterproofing, specifically 303 fabric guard.
That only works on well maintained Sunbrella maybe 5 yrs. old or less. After
that, you can try something like MaryKates waterproofing, or even
Starbrite's. At some point, none of them will work though.
