Jason's comment about reusing your existing heater makes a lot of sense.
But: If you still want to go all out, you might consider hot _water_ heat, with small heat exchangers kinda like baseboard heat. It's much quieter (at least inside) than forced air, and has for years been considered to provide far superior comfort compared to any other method except radiant floor heat. This means evenly distributed heat with few or no drafts, quiet, and with the lowest running cost per area heated.
Webasto, Espar and one or two others provide hydronic (hot water) options. It requires 1/2 to 3/4 hose or pipe to carry the water (instead of 3" or 4" ducting) to _and from_ the heat exchangers in the areas you wish to heat. Options include engine warming coils (personally, I'd consider just heating the engine room slightly), and "domestic" hot water.
I don't know the installation price relative to forced air heating, but be sure to consider the ease of installing the ducts or pipes - pipes or hoses are _much_ easier to install without ripping stuff out.
