You can always make one using a piece of electrical PVC conduit.
Cut a hole about 2" square in the top of the tank, make a glass cover
plate about 3"-4" square to cover the hole. epoxy the dip tube in place
on the cover plate, then attach to the tank with some SIKAFLEX 291 and
screws.
