Do some research on the honda EU2000. For your use, it
sounds like it
might be perfect. Especially with the $850 price tag.
Mine recharges my batteries very well, and, it should run
your 12k AC
with no problem. It's not a "built in' type of unit, but
meets all of
your criteria, and beats the pants off of all the others in
the 5 key
areas you mention.
