And I have to agree that Corroseal is by far the best product if you are
looking for a chemical solution. When it first came out, as a test I
applied some to a crusty flange that was periodically subject to salt water
drip from a leaky valve. I didn't clean off any rust and just coated it
once, and didn't repair the drip. Four years later it looked no different
than the day I coated it.
