I got in an argument with a man at Spanish Wells, Eleuthera. He had populated the entire anchorage with moorings and then said that I could not anchor there. I had found a spot where I did not interfere with his moorings. This year I think I will stop at the police station and show them my cruising permit giving "Use of Bahamian Waters" and ask them to tell this guy to stop bothering me.

Dingy dock
No free dock
no access to shore from anywhere you don't pay
no mooring balls
Do you mean you have no free dinghy dock, but do have a dinghy dock where you have to pay? How much do you have to pay?
If you had mooring balls you would have to pay for them.
I can understand why having to pay for dinghy dock is a bad thing, but I don't understand why having to pay for a mooring ball is a good thing.
I must be missing something.
