    26. Avoid having a clean or neat house. Armed military troops will enter
and search your house at random times throughout the year and they may claim
your house is "too clean", you must be hiding something. Based on this suspicion
they may then search your home with a chain saw, completely destroying the
interior and all your furniture looking for "illegal substances". They will not
    restore the damage.

    27. Learn to sleep very lightly so that any sound in the night will wake you
up. It may be your neighbors house smashing into yours. Leap out of bed and
rush out to deal with it no matter what (if anything) you are wearing, nor
whatever the weather conditions may be.

    28. Cops will appear at random and order you about, even though you are
doing nothing illegal or unsafe, just because they feel like it.

    29. If you have a dog, you must take him at least three blocks away to
"walk" him. At all other times he must stay inside the house.

    30. If you live in the state of Georgia you will be considered to be a
criminal and could be arrested at any time.
