    Who is your cellphone provider? You will need to sign up for data
    services from them, and then follow their procedures to connect via
    your cellphone. Probably looking a their website would be a good
    place to start-it is usually a $addon to your contract. I use SprintPCS
    at 14.4kbps, but there are higher rate data services available.
