Try Magothy Marina (http://www.magothymarina.com/), between Baltimore
and Annapolis. It's small and more of a condo than rental, but you may
find something and it is one of the few places around for year-round
liveaboards. I've heard there are places in Baltimore proper but that is
    outside my stomping grounds.

Ok I know this is borderline Pearson question but it is about a new home
    for
our baby... we want to see if there is information out there about the
Chesapeake Bay area or possibly as far down as the Washington area (No
    Mary
we have not moved to the West coast) that might flow our way. Where are
looking for a Live aboard marina's in that area ????
