Subject: [Pearson] Live-aboards need help with new home for our 424 Pearson ....

Ok I know this is borderline Pearson question but it is about a new home for
our baby... we want to see if there is information out there about the
Chesapeake Bay area or possibly as far down as the Washington area (No Mary
we have not moved to the West coast) that might flow our way. Where are
looking for a Live aboard marina's in that area ????

We are the proud owners of a Pearson 424 which we are slowly outfitting for
a cruise and suddenly find we have a little deviation. There is a definite
possibility of having to move to the Baltimore Area for a couple years and
we are looking for a new home for Topaz. We would like to limit it to the
area from the C&D canal down to the Baltimore area (will think about
Annapolis area later.) We also would like to be in an area where outfitting
the boat does not become a nightmare with the lack of qualified trades
(electrical... sails... fiberglass... and so on.)

Again I stress live aboard (Year round)...... Thanks in advance
