    Many people consider pigeons to be flying rats, but I have had
    grilled pigeon that would rival the best Cornish game hen.
    To be fair, there are three types of pigeon, one has a dark meat
    that isn't very good. The other 2 are excellent. One is a medium dark
    meat and the last type has white meat.
    I have eaten a number of game birds and pigeon beats them all......
    Are Canadian Geese very good?
    There are a lot of them polluting a friends oyster farm and I have been
    temped to try one on the barby.....
