Island Girl makes a lot of great products for boats, including a protective
coating for non-skid. See: http://www.islandgirlproducts.com/
As far as Tuff-Coat... not familiar with that one, but I've seen folks use
spray on or roll on pickup bed liner on decks with effective, but "workboat"
looking results.
