This is the future in e-mail delivery. It's an attempt on the part of Jim's
ISP to limit incoming spam.
I can no longer do direct SMTP (e-mail delivery) connections to several
large ISPs. I have to route my outbound e-mail through my ISP now
(Comcast).

I have no idea what that means but your ISP is filtering out legitimate
emails.
