    Eric: Since you are at the low end of a municipal water supply you will
    have the greatest pressure, weight of water on a gravity system. Since
    most municipal systems use their water tank as high as possible that
    they pump into and then gravity feed the municipality. I would highly
    recommend that you get a pressure regulating valve and install it at the
    faucet on the dock. As far as a backflow preventer the marina should
    have them installed at their faucet all ready.
